History
In 1998, Ted's Fun Site suggested that Ted Phillips held the rights to this film, which it referred to as "High Noon Moon Toon." However, when Nick Phillips created his company Dannick Studios in 1999, he retained all rights, even though the master was stored at Cracked Egg Studios.
On November 22, 2001, Cracked Egg Studios commissioned and recorded a second installment, called High and Toon Noon Pt. 2, which followed a similar storyline to the original.
On March 9, 2009, Ted Phillips transferred the master to a digital file.
