Productions and Publications was the final name of a sub-forum, originally called "The Vault" in the CES Forum and existing in the forum category "The Next-Gen Entertainment Alternative". Its purpose was to discuss any studio-related information, such as projects and history, especially if it was a topic of a page in Crackipedia's The Vault.

In 2008, when the forums were reorganized to have more egg-themed names shortly after the release of VaultWiki, The Vault forum was moved into the new forum category "Oviraptor Hunting Ground."
On or about July 8, 2008, The Vault forum was renamed "Productions and Publications," likely to reduce confusion between the multiple web site areas with similar names, as well as the product and support pages for VaultWiki.
On October 7, 2009, the Studio tab was reorganized and "Productions and Publications" and its sub-forums were removed. Most of their existing threads were merged into a sub-forum called "Studio Questions and Discussion" under the category "The Coop".
