Members was a sub-forum in the CES Forum, with forum ID #26, from 2006-2009. Its purpose was to allow forum members to welcome each other and allow them to talk about themselves.

On June 10, 2006, the sub-forum "Members" was created under the sub-forum We Don't Care (#9). Most discussion in the sub-forum was facilitated by the vBulletin add-on "Welcome Thread" by Amy Khar, which automatically created a thread whenever a new member registered, welcoming them and encouraging them to engage.
The strategy was unsuccessful. Few new members joined the forums during the next six months, with an even smaller number acknowledging their welcome threads. During the forum upgrades that wrapped up by February 16, 2007, the "Welcome Thread" add-on was removed. Still, while other sub-forums with little activity were merged at this time, Members was permitted to stay open, although it would no longer benefit from automatic thread creation.
On or about February 13, 2009, the sub-forum was closed and all its threads were merged into We Don't Care.
