When shooting the first stunt using the zip-line, a horrific accident caused Razor to fall and destroyed the zip-line. John Phillips continued to record improvisational footage of a toddler Clare Phillips terrorizing the action figures.
Ted Phillips tried to film SWAT Kats: The Movie again in November 2000, but technical problems with the camera rendered the audio unusable. Ted Phillips recorded over this second attempt with All Cat later that month.
