Meeting #7 was a club meeting that took place on Saturday, September 22, 2001 at 35-D Edgewater Park. Its purpose was the Fall 2001 Presidential Election, resulting in Theodore Phillips as the fourth president.

On September 6, 2001, Nick Phillips announced in his newsletter that there would be a club meeting on Saturday, September 22, 2001 at 2:30 PM. There was to be another presidential election, as was the custom for each new season. Nick Phillips had noticed that some members had not been coming to meetings. So, in an attempt to boost meeting attendance, he also promised that each member attending would receive a free Pokémon card.

In the next newsletter, on September 19, Nick Phillips included some speeches from previous presidential elections.

The meeting took place in the living room at 35-D Edgewater Park, as planned, on Saturday, September 22. As promised, Nick gave Pokemon cards to the members present. The cards were all common, and he randomized them by shuffling them and putting the pile in an envelope. The cards were handed out when the members were all present.

The election took place, and Teddy Phillips became the new president. At the meeting, he explained his plans to release a new set of Pokemon promo cards. Each member would receive a booster box of the cards. He had printed out sheets with lists of card names, randomized by a QBasic program he had written. Each member received a sheet, which told them exactly which cards would be in the packs to be received.

After the meeting, Nick Phillips later saw Danny Hostomsky and told him that there had been a meeting, to which Danny replied that he didn't really want to be in the club any more.
