The reconstruction of Bongomon was completed yesterday, and the new version of the old classic premiered just minutes later. The parody received much of the same appraisal as it did in its original 2000 release, and audiences enjoyed it today as much as they did when Pokemon was still very much the craze. Bongomon will be compressed and encoded for availability on the website, though quality is expected to be poor, since the website currently does have a limited bandwidth.
And finally the big news this week. Everyone seems to be making Horror/Zombie films these days. Cracked Egg Studios by no means intends to fall behind the pack. This week planning begins for our summer project, which will be released at some time after the
Final Genesis DVD and which has already been given the working title "Bean of the Dead."
As intermediary work, so as not to lose any time waiting for the new computer system to be completed, we have finally resumed production of our written version of the story, which will be posted on the site as the chapters are completed. Each chapter corresponds to an episode, and contains more information and the proper plotflow to help better explain and to include the essential story elements that the series leaves out. If you are waiting for new episodes, however, use your own discretion about which chapters to read, and don't spoil the story for yourself!
