General Questions and Discussion is the current name of a sub-forum that was one of the original sub-forums when the forum launched on June 6, 2005, originally with a forum ID of #5, in the forum category The Next-Gen Entertainment Alternative. It was originally called "General Discussion" and later renamed "We Don't Care," and its purpose was to facilitate discussion that was off-topic or otherwise not directly studio-related.

History
Between January 13-18, 2006, the entire forum was recreated manually when the software changed from Web Wiz Forums to phpBB. While Web Wiz had separated data for forum categories from that of sub-forums, phpBB stored their data together. This change resulted in the forum ID for General Discussion changing to #9. During this process, the sub-forum General Discussion was renamed to "We Don't Care." The new title was meant to imply that staff would not complain if users made posts about other topics than Cracked Egg Studios. A new forum category with the name "General Discussion" (#3) was created, and We Don't Care was moved under it. We Don't Care itself received new sub-forums to help organize threads, with Other Games (#10) and Flame Board (#11) being created under it.
On June 13, 2006, We Don't Care received a new sub-forum called "Members (#26), a place for existing forum users to welcome newly registered users.
On or about February 13, 2009, the Members forum was closed and its threads were absorbed by We Don't Care.
On October 7, 2009, the Studio tab was reorganized and We Don't Care and its sub-forums were removed. Since the web site was now a commercial outlet for VaultWiki, the existing label might have wrongly suggested to potential customers that "We Don't Care" about them. Most of its existing threads were merged into its parent forum, now called "General Questions and Discussion."
