Downloads was a forum category in the CES Forum, with forum ID #22, from 2006-2009. The category was used to contain and organize the web site's downloadable content in a digestible way for users.

On or about May 11, 2009, the web site's Downloads section was removed, taking the Downloads sub-forum and its sub-forums along with it. Existing content within these sub-forums was moved to the Graveyard (#136) so it could be preserved.

History
On June 6, 2006, the forum migrated from Simple Machines Forum software to vBulletin and launched a library of Downloads using the vBulletin add-on "Links and Downloads Manager" by Andrew Dearing. The add-on used dedicated sub-forums to organize various download categories. As a result, the main Downloads (#22) sub-forum was created, with the following additional sub-forums under it: Whaa? The Vault (#23), Octagon City (#24), and Ni-Ki-Oh! Media (#25).On or about May 11, 2009, the web site's Downloads section was removed, taking the Downloads sub-forum and its sub-forums along with it.
