CES Lv vB Event Forums - Query Blaster (product ID: ces_lv_vb_blast) was a vBulletin software plugin developed by Cracked Egg Studios that improved performance on installations with a third-party plugin Lv vB Event Forums. It was published on April 3, 2007, at vbulletin.org.
In addition to the reduced overhead in forums and threads, this plugin allowed users to attach files to their events.
With the plugin modifying third-party code that might change during updates, as well as relying heavily on file edits that might change during updates, it was plagued with constant issues. A massive update, which was already programmed and scheduled for release in February 2008, was cancelled in March 2008, and the plugin was discontinued. The update was instead used as the basis for a competing CES Event Forums plugin that was never released.
