Giant Monsters was a sci-fi short produced by Ted Phillips. It was recorded on VHS-C format media in September 1995, but was not edited or released to the public until June 9, 2009.

Synopsis

While making a traffic report on a lazy afternoon, Eyewitness News captures footage of a werewolf and a bag man named Bagross decimating a quaint island town. They attack in several waves, destroying everything from people's homes to the sky itself.

History

Ted Phillips purchased the werewolf mask during his trip to Disney World in July 1994 with the intention of using it exclusively in a feature-length film called Werewolf. After a year of the film being stuck in development, Ted Phillips made Giant Monsters to temporarily satisfy his urge to use the mask.

In 1998, Ted's Fun Site listed this short as "The Bag Monster."
