Effect: The Ni-ki-oh effect is better because it can use your opponent's monsters too. Cannon Soldier's original effect was worth making a deck around, so this makes that deck better.

Stupid Combo:

Your opponent just swarmed the field with three Marauding Captains two D.D. Assailants thanks to Cyber Jar. You were unable to get anything. After taking 7000 LP damage from direct attacks, you activate Scapegoat in their End Phase. For your turn, you play Cannon Soldier and sacrifice their five monsters and your four goat tokens. Then you activate Ojama Trio and sacrifice those three tokens as well. Then, Limiter Removal is played and Cannon Soldier attacks. Gay-muh End-uh.
