History
Baby Penguin was given to the semifinalists of the Master of Duels IV tournament in March 2004, which was hosted by the historical Free United Club of Kids earlier that year. The card was taken from a dream that Ted Phillips had in 2003, which along with influence from the TK Seya's comments below, became the subject of Ni-Ki-Oh!
