Yesterday Square-Enix published a press release confirming the North American release date for the long awaited Kingdom Hearts 2 (PS2): SQUARE ENIX AND DISNEY'S BUENA VISTA GAMES UNVEIL ALL-STAR VOICE CAST FOR KINGDOM HEARTS II. The article gives us a few pleasant surprises, and means we can expect Kingdom Hearts 2 on store shelves as early as March 28th.
This also means the Kingdom Hearts 2 DVD Collection by Cracked Egg Studios will soon follow. Like the Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix DVD Collection released January 1, this DVD will contain all cutscenes from the North American version of the sequel, some gameplay, North American trailers, and a reconstruction of the elusive Jump Festa 2006 trailer.
