The Crate is an archive of prior web projects by or about Cracked Egg Studios, its founders, partners, or acquisitions, which may have been influential to active development and are preserved here for posterity.
The Free United Club of Kids was a historical local youth club in Bronx, New York, founded in the late 1990s, mainly operated by and for a group of friends who lived in the area and shared interests such as playing trading card games. Most Cracked Egg Studios employees were also members of this club, and Cracked Egg Studios produced a documentary short about its history in 2005. Content from the club's web site, including its forums and wiki, was uploaded to the Cracked Egg Studios site in 2008.
